As the Company Training Manager (CTM), you will perform key tasks to help your colleagues get full benefit from using the EcoStruxure IT eLearning courses purchased by your company.
Specifically, you will:
- Administer your company's eLearning user accounts
- Enroll users in courses made available to your company by the Schneider Electric EcoStruxure IT eLearning team.
- Work with your company's eLearning credits account
You will be assigned Admin level access rights to the eLearning platform once the Schneider Electric eLearning team assigns the CTM role to you.
When you log in with the CTM role, you will see an enhanced view of the Welcome screen.
The Administration option indicates that you are in Administrator mode.
You can switch between your CSM Admin View and your personal User View.
Use your User View to work with your personal course enrollments as an eLearning end user.
Administer eLearning user accounts
Any employee in your company taking an eLearning course must be configured in the system by the CTM.
Create user

Go to Administration > Companies and click your company name to see a list of existing users.

On the Users tab, click Add user.

Select the creation type Single user and fill in the form.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk *.You can choose to define a password for the user, or select Notify user to create password when they register (recommended).
The manager field is optional.

Click Create.
The user will receive an email invitation to complete their account activation and register for courses.
Delete user
To delete a user account, select the menu icon for the user account entry and click Delete
Enroll users in eLearning courses
As a CTM, you will have access to enroll EcoStruxure IT eLearning users in any course made available to your company.

Go to Administration > Companies and select the Courses tab to see the available courses and the number of credits required to enroll one user.

Click Enroll user.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk *.
To enroll users in a course:

Select the Course where you want to enroll one or more users. |

Select the Credit transaction you want to use. These are the credits your company has purchased. |

Select one or more users to enroll in the list on the left and click the arrow to move them to the list on the right. |
The number of credits used by your selections and the credits remaining are shown. Select Notify users to send an email invitation to the eLearning course to the user(s). |

Click Add to activate the enrollment. |
Users can then click My trainings to see their training environment and information about their enrollment.
Work with your company's Credits account
Select Credits for information about the credits purchased and used by your company.
Each purchase is listed, with information entered by the Schneider Electric eLearning team, including:
- Number of training credits purchased in the transaction
- Date of purchase, and the Start date and Expiry date of the credits
- State of credits:
- Available: Free to use for enrollments
- Reserved: Used for courses already enrolled, but not yet started
- Redeemed: Used for courses already activated or finished
