SNMPv3 traps and informs

Gateway 1.18 and newer supports SNMPv3 traps and informs for discovered APC NMC and third party devices.

Discovered SNMPv3 devices are not automatically registered as trap receivers. The SNMPv3 device must be configured for SNMPv3 traps.

More rigorous checks were included to improve the reliability of firmware updates.

Checksums are validated before firmware update.

This release updates the appliance OS to 7.2022.11.18.

Known issues

• EcoStruxure IT Gateway 1.18 for Linux must be installed in the default installation directory.

• The .stage directory may be left behind during a backup. The backup is successful. The error displayed can be disregarded.
