Network or proxy configuration changes can disrupt connectivity to EcoStruxure IT.
To restore the Gateway's connection to EcoStruxure IT, verify that:
- The computer the Gateway is installed on is available.
- The Gateway is installed on a computer that is always on, and it is connected to the internet.
- You can log into the EcoStruxure IT Gateway.
Once you have verified the Gateway is connected to the internet:

Restart the Gateway Service. See how

Restart the computer running the Gateway if possible.

Check your network settings with your IT team.
If the Gateway still cannot connect to EcoStruxure IT, contact your IT team to verify they have not made network infrastructure changes that block outbound traffic.
Ask them to check the configuration of the computer running the Gateway against the System requirements for EcoStruxure IT Gateway.
