EcoStruxure IT app on Android requires version 5.0 or above after Oct 1. 2019

As of October 1, 2019, the minimum Android operating system version for the EcoStruxure IT mobile app is 5.0.

This change mitigates security risks in earlier Android versions.

You must update the operating system on your Android device to use the latest version of the EcoStruxure IT app.

How to check the OS version on your Android device

Go to Settings > About Device or About phone > Software information > Android version to check the OS version on your Android device.
