Customizable dashboards

Administrators and users with Editor permission can design their own dashboards in IT Expert. 
How to design your own dashboard in IT Expert

Click New... to create a dashboard and add widgets that show graphs for sensors from monitored devices, and show key values based on single sensor values.

Administrators and users with Editor permission on All locations can set a default dashboard for the organization, available at the All locations level only.
Click Default on the dashboard to select or deselect a dashboard as the default.

The dashboard set as the default displays for all users in the organization when they log in to IT Expert. Otherwise, the Overview dashboard is displayed.

Dashboards are shown as tabs in alphabetical order, after the Overview. Click More... to display the entire list.

Full screen mode

The dashboard can run in full screen mode, making it perfect to display on a wall monitor in a Network Operation Center.

When you enter full screen mode, you will be logged out after 2 minutes, but the dashboard will continue to run.

Tips

Hover over an element on the dashboard to get detailed information.

Switch between different time spans using the drop-down in the top left corner.

Click the eye icon next to the legend in graphs to enable zoom for specific sensors.
