This checklist will help you make sure you have the necessary information to deploy the EcoStruxure IT Gateway and discover devices successfully.

SSL certificateIf your organization operates an SSL inspection proxy and EcoStruxure IT Gateway does not trust the issuing CA, add the certificate authority's (CA) root certificate to the EcoStruxure IT Gateway trust store. Your IT department can provide the correct root certificate. The certificate must be in PEM format with one of the following extensions: cer, crt, or pem. |
