On the Management > Firmware Update tab in the IT Expert web interface, you can update the firmware on the APC devices monitored by your organization. You will see available firmware updates as soon as they are released.
See a list of devices eligible to update and a brief outline of the features and fixes available in the firmware update to help you decide if and when to apply a firmware update.
Note: Firmware update is not supported for monitored NMC 4 devices.

Click Choose Devices.
You can select up to 50 devices at a time by location, or choose only a few devices to test the firmware before you update all your devices.
Firmware update eligibility warnings are shown when the update is expected to fail on selected devices. The warnings link to help center articles that provide insights into common reasons for firmware update failures.
Click Apply.
See firmware update progress and detailed results.
Once the update is complete, click Previously run to see a list of the firmware updates you have applied.
Click an update to see additional information about successful and failed updates.
Note: The Network Management Card reboots during the firmware update process. The connected load and the device's ability to power or cool are not affected.
