How to reset a lost administrator password for the Gateway appliance - Gateway 1.10 and newer

To recover a lost administrator password for a Gateway appliance version 1.10 and later, you must contact support. 

You will be required to have access to the appliance to connect a keyboard and mouse (USB) and a monitor (HDMI for NUC or VGA for Dell) directly to the appliance.

You will be required to connect a computer to the appliance private network to access the Gateway appliance operating system using an SSH client.
