How to set a static IP address on the private network of the Gateway appliance (LAN2 or Gb2) - version 1.10 and newer

The Gateway appliance private network IP address is statically assigned 192.168.0.1 by default. 

1. Connect a computer to the same private network as the Gateway appliance.

2. Confirm that your computer received a DHCP address from the Gateway. Its address will be 192.168.x.x.

3. Open a browser.

4. Go to https://192.168.0.1 to connect to the Gateway appliance private network and log in.

   • Click Manage Gateway appliance.

   • Select Private network and then Disable DHCP server.

   • Specify the static IP address and subnet mask for your Gateway and click Apply.
     Note: Be sure to select a nonroutable IP address scheme.
