How to set a static IP address on the public network of the Gateway appliance (LAN1 or Gb1) - version 1.10 and newer

To set a static IP address on the Gateway appliance public network:

1. Connect a laptop to the private network (LAN 2/Gb 2) on the Gateway appliance.

2. Confirm that your laptop received a DHCP address from the Gateway. Its address will be 192.168.x.x.

3. Open a browser on your laptop.

4. Go to https://192.168.0.1 to connect to the Gateway appliance private network and log in.

   • Click Manage Gateway appliance.

   • Select Public network and then Custom (Advanced).

   • Specify the static settings for your public network and click Apply.
