You can now configure email notifications in IT Expert. Go to Administration > Alarm email to add recipients, specify the subject line, and configure whether users will receive an email for critical alarms only, critical and warning alarms, or never.

EcoStruxure IT API

The EcoStruxure IT Expert API was released.
The API gives customers and partners the ability to integrate IT Expert inventory and alarms data into their own environments.
You must have a valid IT Expert subscription or be on a trial to access the API. To test the new feature, you can create an API key to connect to a demo environment.

The Battery Wear assessment the UPS Score is now available for both single phase and 3-phase Smart-UPS and some Galaxy 3-phase UPS. Supported Galaxy UPSs
Note: UPSs with lithium batteries are not included in the UPS assessment at this time.

Improvements to the Assessment report (formerly the UPS Assessment report) were made based on user feedback. You can now get a quick overview of the UPSs that require maintenance or replacement. You can download the Assessments report on the Reporting page.
The ITE trial now includes descriptions of the assessments that are available to IT Expert users with a subscription.
UPS Score

Battery Wear assessment
The Battery Wear assessment is the latest addition to the UPS Score. It is an extension of the battery information, with details about the wear of the battery including the battery's health percentage, its predicted end of life, and recommended actions to extend its life. Go to Assessments > UPS Score.
This model improves the data quality to generate a more precise UPS score. As a result, you might see a drop in UPS scores.
Export sensor data to CSV
March 2020
You can now export selected sensor data as a CSV file. This new export option provides more flexibility to create your own reports and analysis. Go to Inventory > Select the device > Select the sensors > Plot sensors and then click Export to CSV.
Reporting tab

A new Reporting tab is now available in IT Expert. Users can now generate UPS Load, UPS Status, and Device Security reports and download as PDFs.
Note: Reports are based on the assessments available on the Assessments tab.
