You can contact support to request support for devices that are not currently supported in EcoStruxure IT Gateway.
Device support requests are reviewed regularly, and then selected for inclusion in the Gateway device library releases over time. Inclusion is based on demand, request order, and customer applicability.
New devices are supported through regular new releases of the EcoStruxure IT Gateway device library, and not through direct delivery of individual files. A rough estimate on the delivery of your request will be given once it has been selected for a near term release.
