Click Device Support in the Help Center main menu to request support for devices that are not currently supported in EcoStruxure IT Gateway.
You can view the progress of all devices requested, and follow the progress of your requests.
Device Definition File (DDF) requests are reviewed regularly, and then selected for inclusion in Gateway point releases over time. Inclusion is based on demand, request order, and customer applicability.
New devices are supported through regular new releases of the EcoStruxure IT Gateway, and not through direct delivery of individual files. A rough estimate on the delivery of your request will be given once it has been selected for a near term release.
