When you are logged in, you can check the status of your EcoStruxure IT support requests.
In the EcoStruxure IT help center, click your name in the upper right corner, and then click My activities.
On the Requests tab, you can sort the list by All, Open, Awaiting your reply, or Closed.
On the Contributions tab, you can see your comments on help center articles.
On the Following tab, you can sort the list of items you are following by All, Sections, Articles, or Users.
