After you get a new phone, you have to enroll it in EcoStruxure IT.
Log in to EcoStruxure IT using the recovery code that you saved and stored when you first signed up.
If you don't have your recovery code, ask an Administrator in your organization to reset your 2-factor authentication. The administrator will:
- Log into the EcoStruxure IT web site.
- Click Administration > Users tab.
- Find and click the user requesting the authentication reset.
- Click Reset 2FA... and then Yes to confirm.
After the administrator resets your 2-factor authentication method, you can log in to set up authentication again.
