When you subscribe to IT Expert or use a trial version, or have devices subscribed to Asset Advisor, you can receive push notifications for alarms in the EcoStruxure IT mobile app.
Turn on push notifications on your mobile device
Push notifications must be turned on in your mobile app settings to enable push notifications.
Otherwise, push notification might not work for several reasons:
You uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The log in screen should have a GET CODE button in the bottom right corner. If it doesn't, the device is not enrolled. Ask an administrator in your EcoStruxure IT organization to reset your two factor authentication.
Push is disabled for the EcoStruxure IT app. Check in the app settings on your phone.
Your phone is in "Do not disturb" mode.
Use your recovery code to log in
When you registered for EcoStruxure IT, you got a recovery code you can use to log in.
- Tap Use the recovery code in the lower right corner.
- Type in your recovery code.
- Press the green bar to log in.
