The push notification might not work for several reasons:
- You uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The log in screen should have a GET CODE button in the bottom right corner. If it doesn't, the device is not enrolled. Ask an administrator in your EcoStruxure IT organization to reset your two factor authentication.
- Push is disabled for the EcoStruxure IT app. Check in the app settings on your phone.
- Your phone is in "Do not disturb" mode.
Use your recovery code to log in
When you registered for EcoStruxure IT, you got a recovery code you can use to log in.
Tap Use the recovery code in the lower right corner.
Type in your recovery code.
Press the green bar to log in.
