We have become aware that after configuring SSO in IT Expert, it is no longer possible to log in to the EcoStruxure IT mobile app.
If you rely on the EcoStruxure IT app, do not configure SSO at this time.
If you have already configured SSO, you can reset your SSO configuration until the issue is resolved so you can use the mobile app.
Before you reset your SSO configuration, make sure that at least one Administrator user who does not require SSO to log in is configured in IT Expert. Go to Administration > Users.
We expect this issue will be fixed by mid-October. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The EcoStruxure IT app for iOS version 1.4.43 fixes an issue in a previous version where the app does not function properly if your phone is in a language other than English.
Please update the app to the latest version.
