How to disconnect or reconnect a Gateway from EcoStruxure IT

Reconnect a Gateway to EcoStruxure IT

1. Log in to the Gateway you want to reconnect to EcoStruxure IT.

2. Click EcoStruxure IT, and then click Register.

   

3. Log in to https://app.ecostruxureit.com/manage. Your registration code will be automatically entered.

   

4. Specify a name for the Gateway and click Connect.

Disconnect a Gateway from EcoStruxure IT

1. Go to https://app.ecostruxureit.com/manage and log in to EcoStruxure IT.

2. Click Administration > Gateways and click the Gateway you want to disconnect.

   

3. Click Disconnect, and confirm.
