How to update the firmware on an EcoStruxure Ready Smart-UPS

If your EcoStruxure Ready Smart-UPS is connected to EcoStruxure IT using a Network Management Card and you subscribe to IT Expert, you can update the firmware directly in IT Expert. Log in to IT Expert and go to Management > Firmware Update. See Firmware update

If you have not subscribed to IT Expert, you update the firmware on the device using a serial or USB connection and the Firmware Upgrade Wizard.

If you registered your Smart-UPS with EcoStruxure IT using the SmartConnect port, you update the firmware on the device using a serial or USB connection and the Firmware Upgrade Wizard. You'll find the latest firmware for your device in the wizard.
