Service line information for devices
Information about your active, future, and past service lines for a device is now available on a new Services tab on the device details page. Select a device on the Inventory tab and select Services.
The services included, and the contract name, start date, and end date are displayed.
Data is updated weekly from the Schneider Electric database. Contact your partner to manage your services if needed.

You can download a service report in *.CSV format to see a list of all the devices in your organization with service lines associated.
Go to Reporting > Generate report > Download Service Report.
Local time in CSV exports
CSV exports for sensor plots and alarms now include a Time(Local) column based on the time zone of the browser used to download the file.
Feature announcements in IT Expert
You can now see announcements about new features directly in IT Expert.
New announcements are shown the first time you log in.

Alarm thresholds in sensor graphs
Alarm details graph
Alarm details now include a sensor graph with the option to highlight threshold zones on sensors with thresholds configured in IT Expert, with sensor measurements and highlighting according to severity and duration of alarms.

Device warranty information
The warranty dates from the Schneider Electric database are automatically shown in IT Expert for Schneider Electric devices. Dates can be modified by Administrator and Editor users if they are not correct.
These custom properties are included in the CSV reports exported from the Inventory page.
Firmware update device eligibility
Firmware update eligibility warnings are shown when the update is expected to fail on selected devices. The warnings link to help center articles that provide insights into common firmware update failures such as communication failure, offline device, and device not recognized.

Custom default dashboard
Administrators and users with Editor permission on All locations can design their own dashboards in IT Expert and set a default dashboard for the organization.
Administrator access for Customer Success Manager (CSM)
IT Expert Administrators can grant Administrator access to their Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Only the CSM specific to the organization is granted access.
Sensor plot details for numeric sensors now include metrics in a table below the graph including: Units; Last known value; Minimum, Maximum, and Average value; Delta by value; and Delta by time.
Sensor metrics can be exported to CSV.
