The Battery Wear assessment the UPS Score is now available for both single phase Smart-UPS and Galaxy 3-phase UPS.
Improvements to the Assessment report (formerly the UPS Assessment report) were made based on user feedback. You can now get a quick overview of the UPSs that require maintenance or replacement. You can download the Assessments report on the Reporting page.
The ITE trial now includes descriptions of the assessments that are available to IT Expert users with a subscription.
Battery Wear assessment
The Battery Wear assessment is the latest addition to the UPS Score. It is an extension of the battery information, with details about the wear of the battery including the battery's health percentage, its predicted end of life, and recommended actions to extend its life. Go to Assessments > UPS Score.
This model improves the data quality to generate a more precise UPS score. As a result, you might see a drop in UPS scores.
Export sensor data to CSV
You can now export selected sensor data as a CSV file. This new export option provides more flexibility to create your own reports and analysis. Go to Inventory > Select the device > Select the sensors > Plot sensors and then click Export to CSV.
A new Reporting tab is now available in IT Expert. Users can now generate UPS Load, UPS Status, and Device Security reports and download as PDFs.
Note: Reports are based on the assessments available on the Assessments tab.
