Alarm map for partners

The alarm map gives partners an overview of the customers who are connected to their organization based on location.

Partners can see IT Expert customers who have alarms they need to attend to and quickly navigate to those customers from the map.
Note: Only customers with active IT Expert  subscriptions are visible on the map.

Alarm map icons

The icons signify the severity of the alarms.

	Groups Grouped by physical locations. Color indicates the location with most severe alarm. Click to zoom.
	Locations Physical locations. Color indicates the location with most severe alarm. Click or zoom to see expanded description.
