We are investigating this issue.
Some customers report frequent communication alarms from NMC3 devices monitored by IT Expert:
- A new device has been detected at that address
- Lost communication
- Communication has been restored
These alarms can occur when all the device information the Gateway requires to successfully poll NMC3 devices is not returned as expected.
Although you can mute the alarms on the affected devices to temporarily mitigate the frequency, there is a risk of missing important communication alarms by doing so.
